L Speed is a mod that combines some scripts and little tweaks in one package which is aimed to improve performance, reduce lags and expand battery life.
Originally developed for the LG L Series, now this mod is expanded and modified accordingly to run on any device!
This mod will work on any device.
All you need to ensure is that your phone is running Android!
It will work from Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) to Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow)

DO NOT USE THIS MOD WITH OTHER MOD, CLEAN UP YOUR init.d FOLDER BEFORE USING THIS MOD!
If you're updating from previous versions, you don't need to do anything, the script will do everything automatically

How to clean up init.d
Use a root explorer (such as ES File Explorer)

• go to root directory ( / )
• navigate to /system/etc/init.d
• Open init.d folder
• Delete all files from other mods (e.g. zipalign, sqlite, setpermissions, System tweaks, etc.)
• Done! Optionally, do a reboot for safety measure

========= Requirements =========

• Busybox v1.24.1(Recommended stericsons busybox HERE)
• Root Access (use SuperSU for mod properly working
• Minimal ~5MB free space on system partition

========= Installation Guide =========

Please make a nandroid backup before proceeding Just in case 

Now follow these simple steps 

1. Uninstall previous versions of L-Speed [ if your version is 3.3 or below ]. 

If your version is 4.0 and above you can skip this step.

2. Install the busybox from HERE (Stericson) 

Note : It is strongly advised to use this busybox to have full compatibility with the Mod.


3. Download L-Speed file 


4. Use a file manager with ROOT access and delete old LS file from /system/bin/ 

** Note** = Do not delete ls or lsmod They are part of Busybox 


5. Rename the downloaded file to LS (without any extension)


6. Copy the renamed file to /system/bin 


7. Set permission to 755

mount -o remount,rw /system
chmod 755 /system/bin/LS

or 
Simply use a file-manager to set 755 permissions

8. After these steps u can wipe cache and dalvik from recovery (recommended) 

9. Run the script as usual from terminal

If you have problem with FSTRIM, download and flash PIE bypass (IMPORTANT This zip can remove or break your root access, there's a slight chance your device will run into a bootloop. Please make a backup before flashing this !)
