After downloading the ROM boot into RecoveryMode & follow these steps-

For COT Recovery User:

1. Pre Flash Wipe

2.. Storage Management > Erase Dalvik Cache

3. Install zip from SDCARD > LiveOS(cm12)

For CTR Recovery User:572]

1. Go to Wipe Menu and wipe all selected item

2. Install form zip>sd card>desire folder>select zip file>

***How to flash this ROM*** TWRP:

1)go to wipe menu from twrp recovery & wipe

*factory reset

*system

*dalvic cache

*cache

2)back to main menu

3)go to install menu & install the zip.

4)wipe cache & dalvik cache.

5)reboot..
